I have banked with Sterling for several years and have always been happy with their service- BUT TODAY.... Takes The Cake. I was in a predicament with my car. Needing a new transmission and I still had a loan on it! I called SUFCU and got Michelle in the loan department! Worst bank in Evansville. They make being a customer harder and harder and can’t get anything straight. They tell you one thing over the phone and something completely different in person. DO NOT BANK HERE.
