I just had to leave this Keizer branch after moving to the coast but kept them for a while and did banking from a distance. I finally closed my account and do banking here but let me tell you leaving maps was sad because they took care of me these last few years, they helped me during times of trouble and customer service was always great. I did a few loans through them as well. I highly recommend maps.
It a small, I mean SMALL bank but it's quick & convenient. I use the drive up ATM everytime I go there & I've never had a hugebline to wait in. Also ALL Maps & Selco banks are partnered so it makes it very convenient if you are in an area that doesn't have a Maps, but does have a Selco or doesn't have a Selco, but it has Maps you can conveniently just use their ATM's to do what you need to
I Have have had employees tell lies per request of manager. First time, I was told, they "" could no longer provide copies of bank statements at the drive through,"" and that,"" If I wanted a print out I would have to come inside."" I asked the employee," when did this start?"" Employee responds,"" Today."" I asked, "" Since when?"" Employee responds, "" Just now."" Love this place! Always clean and inviting. Great customer service, the workers are always so helpful. I've been banking at this location for over four years and have never had a negative experience, even when I've been accompanied by my (not so quiet) toddler, they have always been patient, kind, and understanding.
