Sara J., the branch manager, provided exceptional service. Hands down, (one of) the best customer service experiences I've ever had. On Thursday I walked in and spoke with her inquiring about auto loans and coordination of a few things. On Friday, I surprisingly stumbled upon a deal I could not pass up. Came in to ask about a wonky Charge. Kaylee helped me understand, but was getting stumped as to what had happened. Then Caitlin came to rescue, got it figured out and taken care of. Super thankful for the time and effort they put in to get this fixed. Been a member for years and plan to stay that way for many more!
