She was beyond helpful and I left feeling much better and safer than when I walked in. I've been using Granite Credit Union for many years and through several loans. I've been going through some serious life changes and needed a lot of help with finances and reorganizing my entire life. The staff has been top tier. Melissa, specifically, has seen me laugh and cry and supported me through all of it staying very calm and professional. She made sure that I was taken care of. There's no way to say how important Granite Credit Union has been. I definitely would not get this service at any bank or even another credit union.
Melissa at the Sugarhouse location was super helpful and attentive to my needs. She definitely went the extra mile to take care of getting me a low interest rate on a much needed loan! Definitely recommend working with her and Granite credit union!
I had at l Least five or six crazy questions. I really initially thought that Stella would be too young to help me. But she help me with every single question and trade me in areas that I really didn’t know how to do. So grateful and appreciate her competency. Please give her a gift certificate for 31 flavors.
