I’ll start by saying I’ve gotten very good customer service from here before. Today however was very different. I got on the phone with a woman who had a very thick accent and couldn’t speak good English and was not able to answer my questions about a fee they were asking for. So she transferred me to another woman who was able to explain more about the situation. However when I asked her legitimate questions about both options being offered to me, she talked back to me in the most ghetto voice and gave me no useful info... read more

Firstly, the people there are GREAT. Friendly and very helpful. The digital side of the business, however, is terrible. Online access for features and services feels like it was built in the 1990's.
